Mobile2Teams – CRM Integration Plans
Mobile2Teams offers two CRM integration options – Basic and Advanced.
Basic CRM Integration:
Mobile2Teams basic CRM integration lets you capture and log phone calls to the supported CRMs below, without further customization on the Mobile2Teams side.
Please note that minor customizations/modifications may still be required on the CRM side – this part will be performed by the buyer.
CRMs supported under this option:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- PipeDrive
- PowerLink
- Senzey
- Bafi
Basic Integration includes:
- Locating the CRM Owner
- Locating the CRM customer by the their phone number
- Creating the customer entry (in case it does not already exist)
- Creating a phone call activity log
Advanced CRM Integration:
Mobile2Teams advanced CRM integration plan adds support for:
- Microsoft Dynamics
In addition, this option allows you to request further customization with our server-side logic for all the CRMs listed under the Basic CRM integration option above.
The Advanced plan allows you to request integration with other CRM engines (note that the CRM engine must be accessible from a public network and must have the required API).
It is advised that you contact our support before purchasing the Advanced plan.
